It Snowed???

Happy first day of spring!
And guess what happened today? It snowed!!!
I woke up to snow on the ground! What? I know, crazy!
I had a very exciting day today!

I was interviewed for a foreign language award that I was nominated for. One question that the foreign language teachers asked me was did I take French?
My answer was that I took French because my favorite childhood book was Madeleine and that I was promised for my 16th birthday to go to Paris! I wanted to be able to speak French when I went to Paris. Well that wish came true and I was able to speak a decent amount of French, or FrAgnlish as I call it- French and English combined, when I went to Paris! I of course want to continue to study French in college so I can study abroad in France.

Also, tonight there was a Broadway benefit concert. Where 22 Broadway stars came to my school and performed songs from either shows they have been in or some of their favorite Broadway show tunes! The music was amazing, and I have to say I am a little envious of their voices. Erin and I were literally the only ones in the auditorium under the age of 50, minus some of the performers like the girl who plays Annie or Matilda on Broadway, but besides that, we were the youngest ones! It was pretty funny, but totally worth the awkwardness!

Because it was 35 degrees this morning, and I refuse to wear boots and a winter coat I opted for a wool sweater instead, in a springy color! This is another perfect transition outfit from winter to spring! Cozy but not too warm.
