The other day I was reunited with one of my besties, Dominique, and we went for some Acai bowls in Roslyn! Mine was soooo yummy, but I don't know if it was worth $11....
This is where we went: Nooks & Kindles
We both spilled some beans on the boys in our lives (really just her life) and reminisced about how we used to be such a power team.
And then we went for a little walk around this adorable historic part of town and took some blog pics!!! (Dominique's favorite activity!!!)
During our walk, we reconnected as the power team and came up with plans for NYE!
We decided on dinner with our friends at this really "cool and trendy" restaurant, Kpacho.
I am so excited!
I normally never really do anything on New Years Eve except sit on the couch with my parents, occasionally with champagne and watch the ball drop...
But this year I'm going out! And I am so excited!!!
I would like to announce that my best friend Giorgia has joined the blogosphere!!!!

Now onto everyone's favorite part of the blog post: my outfit!!
I did a little color blocking for my outfit.
I normally wouldn't be so daring and wear a colored pant and a colored sweater.
But ya know, I think it kinda works!! And I kinda love it!
And I love that I added a little pattern on my shoes to this very simple outfit!
And honestly these were the only shoes I had on me, considering I brought three pairs of boots and my black Tory flats to the shoe repair guy...
